Comments:

• The exhibiting company must build the booth on his own. You should also remove it.
• The walls delimiting the neighboring exhibitors should have a minimum height of 2.40 m. In the event that the height exceeds 2.40 m., the boundary wall must be correctly painted in white or black above 2.40 m.
• The exhibiting company must hire an electrical junction.
• The adhesive tape to stick the carpet should be silicone based.
• The maximum height of the stand is 5 m.
• The assembly fee for assembling companies is 10.00 €/m².

• Surface price:
  • Pavilions 3, 4, 5 and 6: 136.00 €/m²
  • Pavilion 2: 76.00 €/m²
  • Outdoor: 48.50 €/m²
• Registration fees: 250 €
• Compulsory insurance: 200 €
• VAT not included.
• In the event that the exhibitor company pay the amount of the surface, registration fees and insurance before 1^st March, 2025, a 10% discount on the surface price will be applied.
